Order Amendments

Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

Change of delivery address*
Changes to colours and sizes
Adding or removing items
Applying discounts
Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement. 

*For any name or address amendments, please email our customer service team within 2 hours and we will try our best to amend it if shipment hasn't been made.

Australian Deliveries

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

Free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $80.

For all Australian orders placed under $80, we offer a flat rate shipping of $10.00.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Mini Moments Label is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.

International Deliveries

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you in the future!
