Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase however we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect size, subject to the following:
Mini Moments Label will not reimburse the original shipping cost, cost of return postage (or replacement postage for exchanges) unless the item is deemed faulty. Please select a return postage option that includes tracking, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.Â

Refunds:
- Only full priced items only will be refunded (Sale/Promotional items will not be refunded, exchange or gift card only) and must be received by Mini Moments Label within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
- For any item discounted 30% off or more, this item will be considered final and no exchange, refund or gift card will be provided unless the item is deemed faulty. If deemed faulty, an exchange or gift card will be issued and must be received by Mini Moments Label within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please note: If a garment is returned to us that was discounted by 30% off or more and is not faulty, it will be returned and any costs incurred will be the customers responsibility.
- A returned item must be accompanied with proof of purchase and the Returns & Exchange slip provided in your order.
- Refunds can only be processed to the payment method used at time of purchase. Please allow 1–3 working days for your refund to appear in your account. Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded with a replacement gift card.
- Item(s) must be returned in it's original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags/labels attached.
- Hair accessories cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Exchanges
- To prevent the disappointment of missing out on the colour or size of the new product you wish to exchange, it is best to refund the item(s) you wish to return and re-purchase the new items. Please refer to above for refund details.
